Drainage and Erosion
We grade and trench so water quits doing damage.
- Water pooling across your pasture
- Ruts washing down the driveway
- Creek banks eroding every season
Need a building pad graded, a pond that finally holds water, or a few overgrown acres cleared and put back to use? That is the dirt work we do. From our home base in Terlton to house lots in Cleveland and working ground across Osage County, the owner is hands-on and personally involved in every single job.
Some land just needs to be made usable again. Ground leveled and ready for a foundation, a pond that keeps water through August, a wall that keeps your hillside from sliding into the driveway. If you own property around Terlton, Cleveland, Sand Springs, or Sapulpa, here is the work we take on.

Trenching, grading, and full site prep for homes, shops, barns, and new builds throughout northeast Oklahoma.

Livestock ponds, drainage ponds, and renovations dug to hold water and send the runoff where it belongs.

Boulder and block walls that lock sloped ground in place and put a stop to erosion on Osage County terrain.

New gravel driveways and rebuilds graded over a solid base so they quit rutting out every season.

Safe, code-compliant trenching and augering for electric, water, septic, footers, and foundations.

Clearing, food plots, trails, and water features for hunters and landowners who want more out of their acreage.
CG Dirt Work and More is run by Coty Goodwin, and "run by" means he is on the ground and in the work on every job. You always know who is on your land, and you always get a straight answer from the person in charge. The man you call is the man running the job, start to finish, and he is the one who stands behind the work when it is done.
We know what the dirt is going to do once the machine pulls off your property. Which way the water will find, how the soil packs down over a wet winter, what a creek bank or a graded slope wants to do come next season.
Plenty of operators can push dirt into a shape. Far fewer can tell you whether that shape holds up over time.

Coty did a great job rebuilding our driveway. He stuck to the budget we discussed and knocked the project out quicker than we'd originally estimated. He followed up once the project was done to make sure we were happy, and even came back to tweak a few things that he felt needed to be upgraded. Excellent service, great price, 10/10 recommend working with Coty!
Coty is awesome. We have been enjoying the work he did for us a few weeks back ago. We would always consider him for any dirt work in the future.
The work that was done was highly satisfactory. He was on time and explained everything that he was going to do before doing it. The work performed was above the pay requested. Will use this company again and recommend it to my friends.
