Before any digging, we follow standard call-before-you-dig practice for locating public utilities. Public utility locating does not cover privately installed or unmarked lines, so it is important that you tell us about anything buried on your property that locating services will not mark.
Land work deals with conditions that are not always visible until work is underway. Rock, unstable soil, high water tables, buried debris, and similar conditions can affect the work and the cost. If we run into conditions that materially change the job, we will stop and talk with you before continuing.
Payment terms for each project are set in the written agreement or invoice for that job. Unless stated otherwise, invoices are due on the timeline shown on the invoice. We are not responsible for delays or added costs caused by conditions outside our control, including weather, access problems, or information that turns out to be different from what was provided to us.
We stand behind our work and aim to do every job right. That said, the website and its content are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
